CELESTYAL REVEALS DISCOVERY’S GODMOTHER & NEW ITINERARIES FOR 2024
Celestyal Cruises, the award-winning, number one choice for cruise travelers to the Greek Islands and the Eastern Mediterranean, today revealed a very special Godmother for its newly acquired vessel, Celestyal Discovery, and the ship’s exciting new itineraries for 2024.
The enchanting island of Milos will welcome Celestyal Discovery on March 25, 2024, where she will be christened by her Godmother, the renowned Greek actress and television host, Ms. Katerina Papoutsaki. Celestyal Discovery will sail a series of three-, four- and seven-night itineraries from Piraeus, Greece, from March through November 2024.
The 2024 season will mark the first time that Celestyal Discovery, formerly known as AIDAaura, sails under the Celestyal Cruises brand. The ship has undergone extensive renovations to enhance the onboard experience for Celestyal guests. These renovations include the addition of new dining venues, bars and lounges, as well as the refurbishment of all staterooms and public areas.
Celestyal Discovery will offer a diverse range of itineraries, including:
- Three-night “Idyllic Aegean” cruises departing from Piraeus on Sundays, calling at Mykonos, Santorini and Milos
- Four-night “Iconic Aegean” cruises departing from Piraeus on Wednesdays, calling at Mykonos, Santorini, Crete (Heraklion), and Rhodes
- Seven-night “Eclectic Aegean” cruises departing from Piraeus on Saturdays, calling at Mykonos, Santorini, Crete (Heraklion), Rhodes, Ephesus (Kusadasi), and Patmos
Celestyal Discovery will also offer a special nine-night “Legendary Aegean” cruise departing from Piraeus on October 26, 2024, calling at Mykonos, Santorini, Crete (Heraklion), Rhodes, Ephesus (Kusadasi), Patmos, Milos, and Athens (Piraeus).
